male dinos (pictured below) have internal testis, but when they are ready to reproduce a 'clasper' akin to those found on terran sharKs extends from the reproductive tract in order to release sperm into their mate's reproductive canal.

female dinos (pictured below) have internal ovaries and a uterus, wherein only one to three eggs may become fertilized. after around 5 months of development, the chick will hatch in-utero and the reproductive canal will begin contractions to expel the young.
